A revitalised 19th-century tenement house with a view of Wawel Castle: 34 apartments and 2 retail units in Kraków's Stradom district. For Koneser Group we created the development's visual identity, designed and wrote the website, then built it. We keep it up to date and keep developing it.

One tenement house, 34 apartments and 2 retail units in one of Kraków's most sought-after spots: between the Old Town and Kazimierz, with a view of Wawel Castle.
Construction runs until the end of 2027, so the website sells the apartments before the building is finished. It has to convey the building's character, give concrete numbers and take buyers straight to the unit they want.
02 — What we built
We designed the development's brand, distinct from Koneser Group's other tenement houses. The website is built on it.
Photos and a short description show Stradom, a quiet corner between the Old Town and Kazimierz, and the view of Wawel.
The number of units, floor area, storeys and construction schedule in one place, with no searching around the site.
A table with availability and floor filters, the price per square metre and the status of every unit.
An “Ask for details” button next to every unit, and direct contact with the sales advisers.
After launch the website stays in our care: we update the content and the offer as sales progress.
