Four tenement houses, 131 apartments and 9 retail units in Kraków's Kazimierz district, 700 metres from Wawel Castle. For Koneser Group we created the development's visual identity, designed and wrote the website, then built it. Since launch we have kept it up to date and kept developing it.

One development, three groups of buyers: people looking for a home, investors, and future tenants of the restaurant units.
Each group looks for different arguments. The site had to show the character of four historic tenement houses, explain what the location offers and lead every visitor to a conversation with a sales adviser.
02 — What we built
We designed the development's visual identity. The website and its character are built on it.
The Location and Potential sections show Kazimierz, how close the Old Town and Wawel are, and what living in a historic tenement house is like.
Separate paths for owner-occupiers, investors and tenants of the retail units, with offers aimed at restaurants.
A unit table with filters for the building, availability and floor, showing the promotional price next to the regular one.
A presentation of the specification and a client area: one place where the developer keeps buyers up to date on documents and legal matters.
After launch the website stays in our care: we update the content and develop it as sales progress.
